Welcome Annika - new Office & Network Manager at Doc Lounge head office

Meet Annika Johnson - new to the Doc Lounge family as Office- and Network Manager, seated at the head office in Malmö. We sat down with her and asked a few questions about her and her new job, to get to know her a little bit better.

Hi Annika! Welcome to the Doc Lounge family! Who are you? 

I started working as a volunteer at Doc Lounge Malmö a few years ago, and well, here I am now! So happy to be here! I am educated production manager within media production and I do really love the whole concept of Doc Lounge. So this job might be a perfect match?! I also was involved as coordinator at the making of the film Robots in Residence in Malmö during Nordisk Panorama, some of you might have seen it?

You are starting to work with us as Office & Network Manager, what will be your tasks? 

I will be in charge of the professional network development, website support, coordination of film distribution and other kinds of network related stuff.  My role will also be to make the head office operations run smothly together with the co-directors, taking a lead on admin and internal communictaion.  

What are you most excited about with your new work? 

I am very excited to get started with assisting all the local project managers in organisaing and developing their clubs! Also, I am excited to just get to know the whole Doc Lounge organisation better and to be part of the growing Doc Lounge family. This is gonna be fun!
